Currently, we do not have any Worldwide representatives and therefore we sell our products from the Russian office located in Moscow only.

If you like to proceed with an order, these are the steps that need to be done:
1) a formal contract between our companies needs to be signed in order to proceed. The contract is bilingual (Russian and English) and, as bullet 14.6 says: "Both texts of the present contract have identical legal force. IN CASE OF ANY INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN THE RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS CONTRACT - THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL". Below, there is a contract template in pdf format available for download with our standard terms and conditions. Things marked in red are the ones that are adjusted for a particular order or simply need reader\'s attention.
2) currently, we require an End User Certificate (EUC) to be provided by the buyer for purchasing of all sensors and systems manufactured by our company. This document is issues by the buyer company and needs a clear explanation where and in which application a particular device is intended to be used.
3) when both parties are satisfied with the contract wording, we will print and sign 5 copies of the contract: 2 copies for the buyer (1 for your records and 1 for the local customs if needed) and 3 for the seller. We will send all 5 signed by us copies of the contract via courier mail to the buyer. The buyer needs to sign and return to us 3 original copies of the contract and 1 original of the EUC.
4) once we receive the above mentioned document originals, we will apply (if needed; that depends on the country of the buyer and the application stated in the EUC) for an export permission issued by Russian Federal authority. This usually takes from 1 to 2 weeks. Once the permission is obtained, we ship your order on the CPT conditions (described in detail in the contract) to the address stated in the contract.
As a bottom line, we will do all the paper work - you just need to purchase the units and we will be happy to provide all the help and support in making your experience working with iSense a pleasant one!
