AIST-350 is a 6 DOF, fully factory calibrated inertial measurement unit ( IMU ) built with two 2-axis STM LPY-510 MEMS gyros (STMicroelectronics) and one 3-axis ADXL-326 MEMS (Analog Devices) accelerometer.

MEMS gyro-chip AIST-120

AIST-120 is a single axis gyro-chip made entirely out of silicon. This is a MEMS sensing element that is available as a gyroscope in AIST-330/330G inertial measurement units.
